Our laboratory works in conjunction with the Nutrition, Research, Development and Innovation teams. Performs the Quality Control of our plant, analyzing raw materials and elaborated products. In the same way, together with the production area, it defines the manufacturing processes, verifying efficiency of mixers, quality control of packaging and lifetimes of products.
It has the necessary instruments to perform the analysis by traditional methods of wet chemistry and as a tool of utmost utility, it has equipment of N.I.R System technology. The latter provides great excellence, speed, accuracy and repeatability. It is extremely useful when results are urgently required, especially when it comes to testing in the plant.
The laboratory develops special equations / specific calibrations, obtaining the information to generate the databases with their own analysis systems for Wet Chemistry.
